Pursuant to Chapter 21.4 of the Code of Iowa, the Board of Parole gives the following notices:

The Board of Parole will convene in the Parole Board Conference room at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, to review Halfway House cases and Special case reviews.

The Board of Parole will convene in the Parole Board ICN Room at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, to conduct electronic interviews with residents from the Iowa Correctional Institution for Women, Mitchellville, Iowa. (See Monthly Interviews).

At this time, there is no scheduled Board Business Meeting for May, 2013.

The Board of Parole will be attending a graduation at the Iowa State Penitentiary, Fort Madison, Iowa, on May 2, 2013. Board Member Phillips will be speaking at the graduation. The Board may also tour the new and old facility at Fort Madison as well as the Iowa Prison Industries facility.

The Board of Parole will convene in the Parole Board ICN Room at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, to vote on Consent Agenda's and Board ratification of single member reviews of special case Annual Reviews non-release/programmatic recommendations for offenders and then conduct electronic interviews with residents at the Mt. Pleasant Correctional Facility, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, and the Mt. Pleasant Women's Unit, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. (See Monthly Interviews).

They will then START conducting screenings from the Correctional Release Center, Newton; Mt. Pleasant Correctional Facility, Mt. Pleasant; Iowa State Penitentiary, Fort Madison; John Bennett Correctional Facility, Fort Madison; Fort Dodge Correctional Facility, Fort Dodge; to determine parole candidates for interview in June 2013. The Board of Parole will reconvene in the Parole Board conference room at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, to finish screening the above institutions. (See Monthly Reviews).

The Board of Parole will convene in the Parole Board ICN Room at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 9, 2013, to conduct electronic interviews with residents from the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility, Fort Dodge.(See Monthly Interviews).

The Board of Parole will convene in the Parole Board ICN Room at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, to conduct electronic interviews with residents from the Clarinda Correctional Facility, Clarinda, Iowa. (See Monthly Interviews).

They will then START conducting screenings for North Central Correctional Facility, Rockwell City; Anamosa State Penitentiary, Anamosa; Iowa Medical Classification Center, Coralville, Iowa; to determine candidates for interview in June, 2013. (See Monthly Reviews).

The Board of Parole will reconvene in the Parole Board conference room at 9:00 AM on May 15, 2013 to finish screening the above institutions. (See Monthly Reviews).

The Board of Parole will convene in the Parole Board ICN Room at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 16, 2013 fo conduct electronic interviews with residents from the Newton Correctional Facility, Newton, Iowa. (See Monthly Interviews).

The Board of Parole will convene in the Parole Board Conference Room at 9:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 22, 2013 to conduct electronic Interviews with the residents at the North Central Correctional Facility, Rockwell City, Iowa. (See Monthly Interviews).

The Board of Parole will convene in the Parole Board Conference Room at 9:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 23, 2013 for the Board Business Meeting. (see the second agenda listed below).
